30-Day Detox
Ever feel tired, bloated and generally just blah and don’t know why? Then a 30-day detox might be for you. Ideally I like to start all my clients on a detox for 30 days for several reasons. First, by eliminating certain potential trigger foods from one's diet can just be well life changing, but you don’t know that unless you try. Second, I find that especially in the beginning of changing eating habits you have to do something shocking to break the current bad habits you have. Everyone knows to eat more veggies, stay away from fried foods and limit your white flour intake, but there is a huge difference from knowing and doing. Third, if you are on a cleanse you are going to have to think and be organized about when and what you are going to eat. This mindfulness is an excellent way to lay the foundation of making some big changes and leading a health life.
Throughout your 30-Days I will be there supporting you with:
- Helpful grocery lists for you to use
- Easy recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks
- Approved cleanse snacking options when making your own food simply is not an option
- A list of cleanse approved restaurants – you don’t need to be a hermit while on a cleanse
- Support and check-ins throughout the month
6-Month Program
Six months might seem like a lot, but in reality it gives us time to learn new behaviors, practice them and then break them. Yes I said break them! No one here is perfect, but the key to truly changing your life is learning that one slice of cake doesn’t mean that we then forget about eating healthy all together. On my 6-month plan we will go through it all together.
The 6-month plan includes:
- Meet twice a month for 50 minute session
- One trip to the grocery store
- Recipes
- Weekly meal prep help
- Support and check-ins through out the program
One-on-One Coaching
If you would prefer to start working together on a one-on-one basis, I offer this type of coaching as well in 50-minute sessions.
Trip to the Grocery Store: I will come to any grocery store or health food store of your choice and we can shop together discussing healthy options throughout the store.
Cook Prep One-on-One: I will come to your house or you can come to mine armed with 3 recipes (a breakfast, lunch and dinner option) and we will cook them together.
Meal Prep: Being organized is one of the key essentials for success. Planning your weekly meals takes all the guess work out of it. Similar to the Cook Prep Session; however, we will cook an entire week's worth of meals together.
